Autosport can be dangerous

On 30–31 January 2026, the Lithuanian Rally Winter Fiesta – “Biorina Winter Rally Rokiškis” will return to the Rokiškis region. Rokiškis will welcome racers and spectators seeking extreme sensations, snow, ice and snowbanks to an exceptional event, when everything is frozen in the cold – racing at breathtaking speeds on the frozen gravel roads of northern Lithuania. The competition stands out for cars racing at extremely high speeds on a slippery surface, with incredible grip provided by special tyres fitted with numerous long studs.

Crews will have to complete eight special stages at maximum speed, two of which will be night stages, covering over 60 competitive kilometres on extremely challenging roads in the Rokiškis area. This event is the first stage of the Lithuanian Automobile Rally Sprint Championship. As it is a more demanding winter event, a 1.2 point coefficient is applied, providing additional incentive for participants to compete and fight for every position. The night special stages add uniqueness and extra appeal, with drivers relying on impressively bright auxiliary lights. Guests often attend the winter event with impressive rally cars from the highest level of the Lithuanian Rally Championship, as competing on snow and ice is an extremely rare opportunity. This is especially occasion given the long break between seasons, and exercising driving skills is always beneficial.

After the competition, all participants and guests will enjoy a fakir and laser show, followed by a grand awards ceremony. The competition between rally crews will be intense, the views on the special stages will be impressive, and everyone will be in high spirits. Prepare your equipment and thermoses – we will see you in Rokiškis at the end of January!

During the “Biorina Winter Rally Rokiškis”, wristbands (tickets) can be bought at the entrances to the special stages.

The event is free for children under the age of 12.
