With only a few days to go until the “Biorina Winter Rally Rokiškis 2025”, we are happy to reveal the secret and show which special stages await the fifty participants and guests of the Lithuanian Car Rally Sprint Championship.
The sporting part of the “Biorina Winter Rally Rokiškis 2025” will take place on Saturday, February 22, where the participants will have to complete four special stages, each of which will be driven twice. The competition starts at 11:30 am at Sajūdīs Square in Rokiškis. From there, the participants will head south to Utena, where two special stages of almost identical length await. The GR/SS “1” – “Intelektualūs kompiuteriai” and the GR/SS “3” – “Samsonas Motorsport” start and finish in the same village of Kamajėliai and complete a 5.40-kilometer loop through Radžioniai. Nearby is the GR/SS “2” – “Serata” and GR/SS “4” – “Jasauta” special stage, which start in Mieleikiai and wind their way over five and a half kilometers to Jūžintai. The regrouping zone for the participants is also located in this town.
After the aforementioned special stages, the crews will return to Rokiškis, where they will have an hour to repair their cars before setting off on two more special stages in familiar areas. GR/SS “5” – “Avela Racing” and GR/SS “8” – “Dacia”, a 6.48 km special stage near the village of Lašai, will start at 16:00. Well, the longest stage of this rally will be GR/SS “6” – “Biorina” and GR/SS “7” – “Xled”. This 8.61 km long section is known in rally folklore as the “Bagdoniškis” stage. It is worth mentioning that the final stages will be driven after dark, which will create unforgettable memories for both participants and spectators. A winter rally at night is one of the most unique spectacles in the world of motorsport.
The special stages are closed one hour before the start of the first sports car.
We also remind you of the basic rules for safe competition observation: never stand in the outside of a corner, do not approach the places marked with “danger zone” signs, always stay behind fences, STOP lanes or other barriers, do not sit in a place that you cannot leave quickly and do not walk around the track during the competition.
During the “Biorina Winter Rally Rokiškis”, wristbands (tickets) will be available for purchase at the entrances to the speed trials and from 21.02.2025 at 15:00. Municipal administration of the Rokiškis district (rally center)
